High-quality audio deliverables are non-negotiable for professional sync placements. We verify that the artist has uploaded production-ready files that meet industry standards.

How the Scoring Works
Points are earned by completing each checklist item. A track needs 85 or more total points and must meet the minimum threshold in every category to earn the Sync Ready badge.

Overall Threshold
The total score across all four categories must reach 85 out of 105 possible points. This ensures a strong baseline of readiness across the board.
Per-Category Minimums
A high total alone isn't enough. Each category has its own minimum: Files ≥ 20, Metadata ≥ 20, Legal ≥ 30, Safety ≥ 10. This prevents a track from passing with a critical gap.
